One day. The Leadership Coaching MasterClass foundation, taught by Coach Gina Katigbak. No prerequisite. And if you stay for the weekend, you walk into Leadershift on Saturday having already earned your place there.

Why this day exists
Leadershift used to be closed to you.
Leadershift is LCM Level 2. For it to work, everyone in the room has to share the same foundation. That meant one thing in practice: if you had not taken the Masterclass, you could not come.
So the Masterclass now runs the day before. One day, on Friday October 16. You learn the foundation. Then the Level 2 room opens on Saturday, and you are already in it.
You no longer have to wait a year to get in.
Who Friday is for

You have never done LCM
You lead people already.
You manage a team. You have the title. But the conversations that would actually change someone are the ones you keep avoiding, because nobody taught you how to have them. Friday teaches you how.
You are an LCM graduate
You certified. Then life happened.
You know the frameworks. You have not used half of them in a year. Friday is a sharpening, not a repeat — and it puts you back in the room the day before Leadershift starts.

Come for Friday. Decide about the weekend on Friday.
Book the One-Day for ₱10,000. Spend the day in Coach Gina’s room. If it lands, add Leadershift that evening for ₱45,000 more.

Leadershift Day 1 — LCM Level 2
Emotional intelligence for high-performance coaching. Resistance, blocks, and the inner game.
Sunday
October 18
Leadershift Day 2
Identity-level coaching and integration, plus six bi-weekly individual online mentor sessions afterwards.
